We are committed to protecting our members from financial exploitation today and into retirement, and it starts with a Trusted Contact.
What is this?
It’s a simple request form you return to us that identifies a person you trust and will allow us to contact if we ever suspect you’ve become a victim of financial exploitation.
This could also be important if you become temporarily disabled or hospitalized and we cannot reach you.
Your accounts remain private
It’s important to know that your Trusted Contact can’t access anything about your accounts, nor make changes to your accounts with this authorization. Their role is simply to help us reach you or others who may be able to help you.
You can add, remove or list multiple Trusted Contacts at any time.
